At LOL Wearables, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are made-to-order and custom printed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless your order meets the criteria below.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund only if:
1. The product does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery window:

Standard Shipping: 30 days from the date of order

Express Shipping: 14 days from the date of order
If your package has not arrived within these timeframes, you are eligible for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following:

Change of mind

Wrong size ordered

Delays caused by customs, postal services, or carrier issues within the delivery window

Items marked as delivered by the carrier

Incorrect address provided by the customer
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will review the claim and may provide a replacement at no additional cost.
