Shipping & Returns

At LOL Wearables, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are made-to-order and custom printed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless your order meets the criteria below.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only if:

1. The product does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery window:

  • Standard Shipping: 30 days from the date of order

  • Express Shipping: 14 days from the date of order

If your package has not arrived within these timeframes, you are eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Delays caused by customs, postal services, or carrier issues within the delivery window

  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will review the claim and may provide a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Request a Refund (if eligible)

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

  • A brief description of the issue

We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
